How do I enable Customer Self Service portal from Stripe

For clients using BlueLena's direct integration with Stripe for donations and membership management, you can activate the Customer Self Service portal and provide a link on your website. For assistance with configuring this, please contact solutions@bluelena.io. Otherwise, follow these steps

  1. Login to your Stripe account

  2. Under Account Settings (gear icon in top right) find “Customer Portal” under “Billing”

  3. Select Activate Link.

  4. Copy the link and embed it into your site navigation and self-serve buttons.

  5. Review the additional settings for client-specific configuration options or keep defaults
